Ciaté Caviar ice cream nail art

Hi everyone,

I recently bought Ciaté's caviar nail set and obviously, I had to test it out. So, I created some ice cream nails. For anyone thinking of buying this set, I would say that the pink is very pretty, but it is a very sheer colour, I used 3 layers. The beads are colourful but if you attempt to use a top-coat over them they will lose that colour. So, I would say don't paint these nails if you are going to be using your hands a lot or if you are going to the beach. Anyway, here are my Ciaté caviar ice cream nails.

Step 1: Start with a good base coat.

Step 2: Paint one nail white and three nails light pink. If you want a stronger colour you could start with a white coat underneath and then paint the pink over that.

Step 3: Paint the fifth nail pink and while the polish is still wet sprinkle the beads over the nail. It is a good idea to make sure the other nails are completely dry before sprinkling, so that the beads won't get struck on the other nails.

Step 4: Paint a beige ice cream cone on the white nail, and then go in with a brown and paint a criss cross pattern. Then paint the pink ice cream on top. Finish off with a top coat.

Step 5:  Then add an extra layer of pink to the very top of the ice cream and sprinkle some beads on. Again, make sure the rest of the nail is dry before doing this.

Step 6: Now finish of the two light pink nails with a top-coat. Leave the ice cream nail be and only add a little bit of the top coat to the edge of the beaded nail.

Hope you all have a lovely week
