Back to school nail art


Hello everyone,

I started a new school this year, which i was very excited about and quite nervous, so i decided to do back to school nail art.

I had a lot of trouble with the text nails, mainly because i was impatient so my white coat wasn’t quite dry, which sort of destroyed the text , also after i applied my topcoat i got my nail stuck ups..
Step 1: Paint seven of your nails white, one yellow, one red, and one black. Wait until your nails are completely dry.
Step 2: Find some tape and tape up the ruler nail and the end of the pencil nail. Then paint your nails yellow and the other pink, wait until they are dry and peel of the tape.

Step 3: Time to find a wide striper brush. Paint a metallic stripe on the pencil nail, do a thin brown french tip on the chalkboard nail. Paint the pencils on a white nail in different colors

Step 4: The detailing, paint thin light blue stripes on the lined paper nail finish of with a vertical light pink stripe. The chalkboard nail; add a A, B and C, paint a little piece chalk on the edge of the brown french tip. Add details to the ruler. Finish the top of the pencils, add a beige triangle to the top of each pencil, paint the top with the colour of the pencil. The apple nail; paint an apple, imagine you are drawing the top of a heart and then add details.

Step 5: The rubbing alcohol trick. Using a new newspaper cut some small rectangles (just a bit bigger than your nail)  and dip them in a small container of rubbing alcohol. Apply your soggy piece of newspaper to your nail and press gently, then wait.

Step 6: Apply your topcoat, remember to use a matte topcoat for the chalkboard nail, but paint the brown tip of the nail with a normal topcoat.

Hi everyone, I went to Scotland in the summer holiday last year and as usual I did a country specific nail design. Step 1: Start by painting one nail red, one light blue, one dark blue and two white.  Step 2: Paint half of the light blue nail green. Then sponge on different greens, blues, and whites to add a natural feel. Step 3: Write Scotland on the dark blue nail. Step 4: Paint a blue thistle on the white nail. Step 5: Mix black and clear polish and paint the first two vertical stripes, use nail tape to make sure they are straight. Then add four black horizontal stripes and thereafter paint two white lines one vertical and one horizontal. Step 6: Now paint the Scottish cow using brown and beige. Pink nail tape nail art

Hi everyone, I have continued to experiment with nail stickers. I started playing with nail tape as well and I think it turned out quite well. The only problem is that I can’t quite make the tape stick to my nails properly. Step 1: Paint all nails light pink, I used a Ciaté nail polish in the colour dollhouse. Step 2: Now place two pieces of pink nail tape on all nails. Personally, I think the horizontal lines worked best. Step 3: Finish off with a top-coat. I hope you have a lovely week

Purple French glitter tip nail art

Hi everyone, Here is a really easy and cute mani for you. I have been rather busy in January, so i thought this would be a nice way to cheer my self up. Step 1: First paint all nails purple. Step 2: Using a pink glitter polish and a sponge, create the French tip. Step 3: Finish off with a shiny top-coat. Have a lovely week.
